I already had the sims 4 strangerville full game version from this wbesite so I downloaded the seperate island living add-on. I copied and replaced all the files into the file where I had my previous sims game. However when I start my game it says that my game data is incomplete and that not all data could be loaded. Hello! I figured out how to download just the island living addon by itself, but in the video it says that I have to have the strangerville sims collection, idk if this makes any sense, but will this pack work if I have the sims 4 seasons collection with the strangerville addons? Thank you!

UPDATE: Players unable to redeem & download The Sims 4 Desert Luxe Kit should now be able to access the free kit through the EA App & Origin. Simply restart the EA App/Origin, and the kit will be available for you to claim.

So purchased Island living & cannot see the download option, only purchase option. I have the confirmation email & everything. When I click purchase even though I purchased it it says already in library :/ I don't know what to do.

I've been having problems with my sims game crashing for the past month but my friend who shares my account hasn't had any problems on her computer so I decided to factory reset my MacBook. The first thing I did once my computer was running again was redownload origin and try to download sims but its telling me "Insufficient drive space available. Either free up 7.40 GB of space or select a different location." I assumed that factory reseting my computer would mean that I would have more than enough space but I guess not? Can anyone tell me what kind of space I might need to clear up or what other location I might be able download the game to? Below are screenshots of the message and the storage space of my Mac.

I encountered this error when I quit sims 4 and then set up VirtualBox to run windows. After I set up a scalable partition and installed windows 10, my origin client started to bug out. I tried most common sense solutions ie download and execute the Origin Reset Tool, manually deleting origin, messing with my partitions (don't do this part if you have no clue what you're doing, you will render your computer inoperable and corrupt your hard drive, DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING), etc and so on and on and on...... The EA forums show NO SOLUTIONS TO THIS PROBLEM WHATSOEVER ALTHOUGH THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN PRESENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. YUP... READ THAT RIGHT. EA HAS DONE NOTHING FOR YEARS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, DO THIS:So after I completely removed my virtualbox for windows 10 AND Ubuntu Linux, I found this list of instructions to completely remove all traces of Origin on my Mac. -to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/After totally and completely removing Origin and all traces of it, I restarted my Mac and DLed and set up Origin Client again.This solves the insufficient drive space error showing up even though there is sufficient drive space available issue within Origin Client on MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.4

Hey, this worked for me too, comletely deleting origin from my mac, emptying the bin then resetting and redownloading, now my sims is downloading without that pop up saying insufficient drive space ..... etc

hi, i got a problem. I successfully downloaded the file and its alright but when it go the the map, it crushed and everything turns into question mark and my sims become red and white. Is there any way I could fix it? I removed all my mod and its still like this

so i followed the steps but nothing shows up?? and i cant go online in sims 4 because i have legacy edition so online access is disabled, i repaired the game in origin and redownloaded the DLC unlocker but nothing shows up in the game so idk if im doing it right or am i supposed to download the DLCs and put them somethere

i tried to download everything that it said i even went back and change my packs but when i put it under mods it doesnt work or when i did it under the sims 4 pack folder it still didnt work idk if im doing it wrong or not but everything i enter the game it doesnt say i own it im a mac user so i dont know thw problem

MAC USERS: hey for anyone having trouble with the packs being owned but not able to download when offline mode in the sims game: I realized I had the disks version and not the folder version free floating in the content folder. The folder versions of the DLC are inside the delta folder so just transfer those folders that are in the delta folder in the same content folder. It should work then.
