Shame. I have a few aircraft where the VC view is half a blank wall, or similar edifying view. Not sure where the bmp is loading from - I'd much prefer just a blank screen (that is, no cockpit, just the scenery).Are these oddities also hard-coded into the mdl file? Are you talking about FS9 or FSX? In FS9, the virtual cockpit and exterior model are both contained in a single file, whereas in FSX they're two separate files. So in FS9 there's no way to add a VC without the source files. But in FSX, if you wanted to add the default 747 VC to an aircraft that doesn't have one, I would think that you could just copy all the VC's files into the new aircraft's folder, then copy all the relevant entries from the default plane's panel.cfg to that of the new one. Don't quote me on it because I haven't tried it, but I can't think of any reason why it couldn't be done.-Mick

Virtual Cockpit Rain fix for FSX (1.1MB) - If you have FSX SP2 or Acceleration installed, you may have solid windows when in the virtual cockpit when it is raining with many addon aircraft. This update repairs FSX so that you can have transparent windows again.

The liveries or the textures (liveries, rain,...) do not appear correctly. This problem occurs with other add-ons after having installed FSX Acceleration Pack and/or FSX SP2. You can disable the Direct X 10 Preview feature. We don't support the use of our add-ons under Windows XP64 and Vista 64.Using a 64bits Operating Systems, the installer can't find the Flight Simulator folder.Your Flight Simulator is probably located into a folder called "Programsx86" which is probably not what the installer is looking for. I have just dowloaded the Embraer erj package with a lot of paintings and so on. In the description of the download it stood that all aircraft have a Virtual Cockpit. But when I installed it and tested the different aircrafts no one have a virtual cockpit.

Dino, I made a post in the original 3.11 release section but I had to rebuild my system in the last week. New install of everything including Windows, Drivers, P3D etc. I have not applied this particular update for the cockpit but my 3.11 install with new TacPack release and VRS along with P3D v3.4 I have no HMD or FLIR imaging on my F-35. I am unsure if this is related to the 3.4 release or new TP to match it. Again I have P3D v3.4, newest VRS + TP version, and your F-35 v3.11 installed and these issues appear. No issues noted on the old setup. Wondering if something in P3D or TP has caused issues for the F-35. There may be something I am missing as well. Just looking for some assistance or to see if anyone else is experiencing this? 2ff7e9595c
